These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of accommodation services (“Services”) provided through the Jstyle STAY reservation website (“Website”) operated by Yes Hokkaido FK Co., Ltd. (“Company”). By making a reservation through this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and related policies.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all reservations and accommodation services booked through the Website. If a specific accommodation plan includes separate conditions, those conditions shall prevail.
2. Reservation Confirmation
A reservation is deemed confirmed when the booking process is completed and a confirmation notice is sent by the Company.
3. Fees and Payment
Accommodation fees displayed on each plan page include applicable taxes. Additional charges such as cleaning fees or extra guest fees may apply. Payment methods and timing are governed by the disclosure under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
4. Check-in / Check-out
Properties generally operate on a self check-in basis. Check-in and check-out times must follow the instructions provided at booking.
5. Cancellation and Changes
Cancellations and changes are subject to the cancellation policy displayed and confirmed at the time of booking. Bookings for Special Periods, such as the winter high season or special plans, cannot be cancelled or refunded after booking. For Regular Periods, partial or full refunds are available depending on the timing of the cancellation.
6. Refunds
No refunds will be provided after the start of the stay, except where the Company is at fault.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Guests must not exceed occupancy limits, disturb neighbors, damage or remove property, or resell or transfer bookings without authorization.
8. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by severe weather, transportation issues, or other force majeure events.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. The Sapporo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
